Maida
Maida is a finely milled and refined wheat flour that is commonly used in Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi cuisine. It is made from the endosperm of the wheat kernel and is notable for its fine texture and white color. During the refining process, the bran and germ are removed, resulting in a flour that is lighter and softer compared to whole wheat flour.
